Days 8 through 14

It's Real Talk time.
If you (or I) thought this would be easy-peasy-lemon-sqeezy, we were wrong. This week was better in a lot of ways and rougher in just about as many ways.

Let's start with the positive stuff. First, I'm still feeling all of the good stuff, less bloating, going to the bathroom, sugar cravings are low. This is GREAT! And I have been taking everything like I am suppose to, which was a real concern for me (I'm so forgetful that I make a goldfish look like an elephant..) πŸ˜…. It's the small wins that I have to remind myself that matter the most. The BEST part of my week, however, was reaching out to a friend and helping her take back control of her health!! I am so, so proud of her for not being afraid (but maybe it's because there is a 60 day money back guarantee). The point is, she's trying to get better just like me. She was my first of hopefully many because I know that many of you struggle with a lot of the same things we were.
1) NO energy
2) Bloating
3) Fatigue
4) Headaches
5) Anxiety
6) Depression
7) Trouble with digestion
8) Coffee or soda addiction
9) Feeling ran down all the time
10) Trouble sleeping
11) Stress
12) Thyroid issues
Guys this is your body telling you that something is wrong!

Now I want to be honest with you as I talk about my struggles. I'm not here to sugar coat things just so I can get a "sale". If that's what you think this is about, then you haven't been paying attention.
My work week started out rough. There's been more stress than normal for me and I have been having a hard time dealing with it. On top of that, I had a really bad sugar craving the other night that I did indulge on. The only "bright" side to that was the all the sugar made me feel sick. I'm still tired but maybe not as tired as last week. I feel less bloated but I don't look less bloated. And then I went to the chiropractor for the first time in forever and left feeling so sore! All of these things together set me off. I was really upset, almost crying, telling my boyfriend that I'm not "seeing" the results I want and I just didn't know what to do about it. Guys, I have the best boyfriend. He kept telling me not to worry, that I was beautiful. His encouragement helped put me back in the right mind frame.
Not everyone is going to see results right away.
This is not an overnight process.
It takes time.
It takes commitment.
The struggles are real but I know Plexus is working or I wouldn't be struggling.

I am dedicated to getting my gut healthy so that I can be healthy. I want this for you too. I want it so bad! I know some of you are struggling and it breaks my heart because I know that I have something that can help you. But I know how hard it is to try something new. I was there. I was in your shoes. I get it. Like I have mentioned before, the point of this blog is to show you that Plexus works so that you get the courage to try. Just know that you don't have to go through this alone. I'm here for you and I hope you are here for me too πŸ’—

If you want more information or want to start Plexus with me,
Leave a comment or send me a Facebook message.

Know that I am here for YOU!

Fun Facts: A Post Between Posts

I'm getting really excited to post my 30 Day After photos! Ahhh! 😍 Anywho, I wanted to actually take the time to talk about some Fun Facts I have learned while doing my research and being on Plexus. Fun Fact #1 "What is Plexus?" πŸ‘‡πŸΌ 🌱 Plexus is not a band aid, not a cover up, not a fad, not a quick fix.  🌱 Plexus addresses root health issues that cause your inflammation, pain, weight gain, hormone issues, low energy, sleepless nights, skin issues, allergies, etc. This is because of: • blood sugar instability • inflammation • poor gut health These are the ROOT cause of many, many health issues. Plexus is NOT just about weight loss. It’s about getting healthy from the inside out. Fun Fact #2 The gut in the medical world is called the second brain because it's the center of all body systems. The majority of your immune system is located there. 400x more melatonin is in the gut than the brain. Up to 90% of serotonin is made in the gut.  Fun Fact #3 Did yo...

Big News From Plexus!

😱😱😱 GUYS!!! Real talk, I know some of you out there know how conscious I am of what I am putting on my body. Prior to 2013, I had terrible acne outbreaks, my hair was falling out like crazy, was always oily, and slow growing, and I had some of the worst dry  skin ever. So I did what I do best and  researched. Come to find out, the US is kinda terrible at producing products that are gentle on the skin. Go ahead and look at your ingredient list. ☣️Alcohol listed? ☣️Sulfates? ☣️Parabens? ☣️Fragrances? ☣️Petroleum? ☣️Any chemicals you can't pronounce? Odds are, your products are full of these things. For some of you, this has never bothered you. Sweet. Hopefully it never does. For others like me it's been a struggle. So, armed with this knowledge, I made some changes. I don't put anything on my face anymore minus mascara. Damn near everything clogs the pores and causes y...

Days 1 through 7

So I just wanted to take a minute before I launch into my update to say a couple of things: First, thank you from the bottom of my heart, for taking the time to read my posts. I know you don't have to so it means a lot πŸ’œ Second, now that I have my history outlined in my previous posts [check them out folks!], I will only be posting once or twice a week to provide updates and maybe some facts Plexus and Gut HealthπŸ’ͺ Third, it's been YEARS since I really sat down to write. Bare with me as I get back into the swing of things. Don't judge to harshly πŸ˜‚ Now that I have got that covered lets talk about my first week on Triplex!! Day 1: Slim only - One packet with 12 oz of water in the morning One of the first things I liked about Slim was the taste! Guys! It actually tastes good! Second thing I noticed was an increase in energy. I wasn't crashing at 3pm like I normally did but this could have just been because I was so excited to start. Who knows? πŸ˜† I...
